How the experience works

  1. We confirm that Microsoft 365 SSO fits the selected ConnectUC accounts and organization.
  2. The appropriate administrator completes or approves the required configuration.
  3. Eligible users select the Microsoft sign-in option in ConnectUC.
  4. We test access on the devices the business actually uses.
Microsoft 365 SSO is not the same as Microsoft Teams calling.SSO changes how an eligible user signs in to ConnectUC. Teams calling and other Microsoft integrations are separate capabilities that are reviewed independently.

Useful for offices already standardized on Microsoft 365
