Numbers and emergency calling

A seat can receive a local business number when one is needed; not every seat requires a separate number. Emergency calling is included, subject to the registered-location and internet-service limitations in the service disclosures.

Business messaging

$10 per SMS-enabled number/month includes up to 250 billed SMS units and 25 MMS messages for normal conversational use. Inbound and outbound use count together; higher-volume or automated use is reviewed separately.

Number transfer

Existing business numbers can normally be transferred. A typical one-time $25 pass-through fee applies where applicable and may be waived depending on the agreement.

Toll-free numbers

Toll-free service is available case by case. Number charges and metered inbound calling are confirmed in the proposal because they use a different cost model than local numbers.

Case-by-case options

Phones, Teams connectivity, CloudMessage, integrations, and specialized workflows are reviewed individually. That does not automatically make them expensive or complicated—it simply lets us confirm the right fit.

Prices are starting points and exclude applicable taxes, regulatory charges, registration, hardware, premium integrations, and specialized services. “SMS units” reflect billed carrier usage; a long or specially encoded text may count as more than one unit. Exact services and charges are confirmed in the written proposal.
